Simona
About
Simona is our first campervan to be built, that is maybe why we love her the most of them all.
Simona is perfect for couples or families of 3. A large comfortable bed with a proper mattress (can easily fit 2 adults and a small kid) folds in to provide you with more space for cooking and organizing your stuff in the large storage under the bed.
Low consumption of only 10L/100km (24 mpg) will save you money quite a lot of money compared to other types of RVs. The solar system allows you to charge your devices (USB and 110V outlets - both American and European) anywhere in high mountains or at a beach. A roof window and a ceiling fan provide fresh air circulation during the day and night in case you travel to the hottest parts of BC.
An 80L freshwater tank provide enough water for cooking in a fully equipped kitchen – large fridge, 2 burner stove top, pan, pot, plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery, French press etc. A large table inside sits comfortably 4 people and will provide you with a comfortable place to eat and sit around if the weather is not cooperating. The van is fully isolated, and a strong diesel heater will keep you warm in case of colder nights.
Simona is 9ft tall and 19ft long - you will need this dimensions for your ferry reservations.
Four camping chairs and portable table included for free (upon request).
Hope you will fall in love with Simona as we did, and you'll have a wonderful experience together.

Me and my Girlfriend rented a campervan (Jack) for a two week trip to BC, which included a wedding and various outdoor sports. Jack was a great campervan, incredibly spacious and cleverly done, with all the added extras you'd want for complete comfort. The bed is really comfy, the fans help keep the van nice and cool and I'm sure if we'd needed to use the heater, that would have been great too! L&P had provided the van with all the essentials you might forget, including a complete kitchen set, outdoor seating and a table and even bear spray should the need arrive. A great two person or 4 person family van, I'd recommend Jack and L&P to anyone wanting to visit BC with a Van.

Great van, well finished and comfortable to sleep in. We rented the van for 4 nights as a family of 4 with 2 kids aged 9 and 13. The main bed is large and very comfortably sleeps 2, but could fit a 3rd smaller child. Although the table turns into a twin bed that could fit 2, we felt this was a little squashed for 2 bigger kids, so we had our 9 year old sleep on a thermarest in the main walkway under the main bed. There is a spacious area under the queen, but you need to be willing to fit thru the space to get to it. Need to take a little lamp to see in there. It can also be accessed via the back doors. We camped off grid and relied on the solar panels for 4 nights. We had enough power to keep the fridge going and the fan on at night. Overall, great experience and we loved having the van. Lucie and Pavel are great and are very helpful, informative and easy to work with. Thanks so much to them for all their insight into how to buy our own van.

We would strongly recommend L&P Camper Vans for anyone looking into a British Colombia trip. With Barb, our trusty camper van of choice, we traveled around British Columbia for six sunny weeks checking out amazing mountain bike trials and having a great time. For the majority of our holiday we stayed at campsites and found the camper van to have everything we needed, which for such a long holiday is saying something. We really appreciated how easy the vehicle was to drive, the comfortable bed, ample storage and a good-sized fridge.
You get a personalized and friendly service from Lucie and Pavel, who are fantastic – from the big things (providing a great bike rack, which for a mountain bike holiday was a massive help) to small things (showing us how to use all the features of the vehicle and keeping onto our bike bags to give us more storage room in the van).
We found that a camper van like Barb was at home in the mountain bike world, with other mountain bikers either having a similar set-up as Barb, or coming over for a friendly chat to check out our camper van.
